Return & Refund Policy

Easy Returns — Within 7 Days

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

·        The item must be unused and in its original condition

·        All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

·        The product box seal must be completely unopened and unbroken

·        A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

·        For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, products are not eligible for return or refund if the box seal is broken, cut, tampered with, or opened.

·        Any item returned in a used, damaged, or opened condition may be rejected.

How to Start a Return

·        To initiate a return, email us at uzaird65@gmail.com  with your order details.

Once your return request is approved:

·        We’ll share return instructions

·        A prepaid return label (if applicable)

·        Packing guidelines for safe return shipping

·        Please note: Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Refund Process

·        Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

·        Refunds are initiated within 2–3 working days

·        The amount is credited back to your original payment method

·        Banks/payment providers may take up to 10 business days to process the refund

·        If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at uzaird65@gmail.com .

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us immediately with:

·        Your order number

·        Photos/videos of the issue

·        Packaging images

·        We’ll review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

Replacement Requests

·        Need a replacement for a different size or received a defective product?

·        Email uzaird65@gmail.com with your order details.

Once approved:

·        Replacement orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days

·        Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days after dispatch

·        Tracking details will be shared via email
